Cette dynamique prend sa source dans la vision du Président Alassane Ouattara. Pour l’exécutif, le progrès social ne peut se concevoir sans une participation active des femmes. L’objectif est clair : passer des discours aux résultats tangibles. Sur le terrain, cette ambition se traduit par des réformes concrètes et une volonté d’intégrer les femmes dans les cercles de décision et les secteurs productifs du pays.

Au centre de cette stratégie, le ministère de la Femme, de la Famille et de l’Enfant joue un rôle pivot. Sous la direction de Nassénéba Touré, l’accent est mis sur l’autonomisation. L’idée force ? Kabadougou : Le Conseil municipal d’Odienné au chevet de Séguélon en deuil

Le Kabadougou observe un temps de recueillement. Ce mardi 5 mai 2026, une délégation de haut niveau du Conseil municipal d’Odienné s’est rendue à Séguélon (Nonwolo). L’enjeu dépasse le simple protocole : il s’agit de réaffirmer les liens indéfectibles qui unissent les communautés de la région face à la perte de l’un de leurs piliers, le patriarche Mamadou Koné, Chef de village et figure respectée.

Une mission de solidarité et de respect

Mandatée par Madame le Maire, la Ministre Nassénéba Touré, la délégation était conduite par son Premier Adjoint, Monsieur Kader Mamadou Cissé Bacongo. Accompagné du doyen des conseillers, Monsieur De Gaulle, et de Monsieur Doumbia, l’émissaire a porté un message de compassion profonde à la famille Koné, notamment à Sékou Koné, plus connu sous le pseudonyme de Kra De Souza.

Dans cette partie de la Côte d’Ivoire où les traditions sont le ciment de la cohésion sociale, ce déplacement incarne l’humanisme et la solidarité active prônés par la municipalité d’Odienné.
